Marco Prati of Italy retains the number one Frisbee Freestyle world ranking on the February 2013 list. This marks his sixth month at the top of the rankings. James Wiseman is the only mover near the top of the list, jumping up to 14 from 17 based on a first place (hat) and second place (pairs) at the Austin Winter Series.
