The Swedish Frisbeesport Federation (SFF) and Linköpings Unika Frisbee Sällskap (LUFS) are hereby proud to invite YOU to the Freestyler Player Association’s (FPA) European Freestyle Championships (EFC) - 2010.
On the 10th and 11th of July 2010, LUFS, as the hosting club, will be happy to invite all Frisbee Freestylers from all over Europe to the city of Linköping in Sweden. If necessary, due to many registered players, Friday 9th of July may have to be used as well.
SFF has been a major player in the development of the sport of Frisbee, since the early 70’s and 80’s. For instance, the WFDF of today was formed and organized due to the organizing capacity of SFF. Over the years, SFF has been running European and World Championship tournaments in all Frisbee disciplines, with great success. After a couple of years without running any international championships, it is time again to prove what SFF and Swedish Frisbee has to offer…

LUFS will during 2010 be celebrating 30th anniversary as a local Frisbee club in Linköping. The club has been very successful, numerous victories have been won, nationally and internationally, in all the Frisbee disciplines, ranging from early 80’s to the present.
In 1993 and 1995 the Swedisc Open was formed and hosted by LUFS, which at the time was the largest European Frisbee tournament. The event was a success for players, spectators and media. In 1997 LUFS hosted the first (since 1986) European Disc Golf Championships, which since then became a success story of tournaments all over Europe.
LUFS is now ready to take on the next challenge…
